Centennial Insight Sdn Bhd began operations in 2013, with a single objective in mind – to build our clients a safe, secure and clean living facility for all of their employees hired locally and internationally.

Given the 45 years of experience we have in a truly diversified array of industries such as Glove & Chemical Manufacturing, Information Technology, Oil and Gas, Logistics and Property, our management has established a one stop facility that will cater for the ongoing accommodation requirements and resolve issues on living conditions that are being encountered by organizations who wish to hire employees in Lumut, Perak.

With an investment of RM25million, Centennial Insight began construction works on its 11894 sqft hostel facility in late 2012. It was constructed with the consideration of meeting and exceeding international standards to fulfill our clients’ expectations.

Most importantly during the designing of the facility, Centennial Insight took into account aspects that focus on providing a safe, secure and highly-livable environment for an organization’s most valued asset – its employees. We trust that by giving them a reliable and wholesome living experience in Lumut, the employees will in turn work towards delivering high productivity levels for the employers.
