Our accommodation facility is the nearest facility there is to the Lumut Port. Our hostel has four individual, 4-storey blocks comprising of 10 apartments on each floor. This makes up a total of 160 apartments that can house close to 500 occupants per block or a maximum capacity of 2000 occupants for all four blocks.
Our accommodation features include:

- Biometric systems at all entry and exit points
- 16-hours minimart
- 16-hours dining hall
- Free laundry service for ALL occupants

We also indirectly assist our clients to keep their overhead expenses per employee to a minimum. Given the short distance of 100 meters between HL Porcelain, Green Prospects and Sapura Kencana that are situated near the facility, costs invested for transporting the employees to their workplace is significantly reduced. This also lowers carbon footprint and gas emissions which are essential for sustaining a healthy and pollution-free working environment for the employees.
Social costs are also kept low as employees from all walks of life are accommodated in a centralized locale. This makes relocating and mixing with the wrong crowd much difficult under such circumstances, and keeps harmful crimes and social issues at bay.

The accommodation facility is run by complying to a standard protocol and policy of which shall be presented to the client’s human resource department. This gives the employee a uniformed environment to adapt and adhere to from work place to their homes.
We continue to implement the best practices issued by SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) for our facility with the support of the Human Resource and Safety departments, locally.
Whilst we maintain close working relationships with the relevant authorities, we are also given priority to access and liaise with the Police, Health Ministry, Fire & Immigration Departments & respective Embassies.
